How much are your estimates?

Our estimates are free of charge. We try to get as much information from the customer to be as accurate as possible. We welcome photos along with questions to get a picturesque view of what you are describing. If there is additional work that needs to be done which we did not include in our original estimates, all modifications will be given in writing before we begin the project. We ask that you please give a detailed description of the work that needs to be performed and our professional expertise will assist us in providing you with an estimate that will be accurate based on your needs. There will be no hidden charges assessed before or after work is performed.

If you are unsure about something that has to do with your project, don't be afraid to ask questions. We are the experts and that is what we are here for. We know and abide by all of the city, county, and state codes of Georgia. We will take the time to provide you with any pertinent information you need and answer all questions related to your project.

What areas do you serve?

We work all over the Georgia area.

How do you provide such reasonable and affordable estimates?

We are honest in our work and provide quality, guaranteed service. We do not include unneccessary expenses that the customer is not responsible for. In addition, most of our employees are salaried and we don't make the customer liable for paying our workers. The customer is only paying for the service. We also do not use subcontractors. We are able to refer when necessary.

What do your estimates include?

Our estimates are for materials and labor unless otherwise specified. We use different vendors for our materials but our owner makes sure we deal with the most reasonably priced vendors to keep the cost of making improvements to your property low.

What type of preparation is needed before installing the new or replacement concrete?

Our crew generally arrives on a jobsite between 8:00 a.m. and 9 a.m. and we usually arrange for the concrete to be delivered by noon. If concrete has to be removed, this is done by first using a bobcat or jackhammer. Handtools are used for smaller jobs. The old concrete is then loaded onto dumptrucks where it is hauled away to a recycling center. Once the old concrete is removed or the site is marked, the grade lines are set. We remove 3" top 4" of sod or dirt along the edge to set forms for the new concrete. Once the lines are set and checked for straightness and water flow, the forms are ready to be set. Wood forms and stakes are nailed together to create a form suitable for the weight of the new concrete.

Who orders and calculates the concrete?

The foreman on the job measures and calculates the amount of concrete needed for the job. Once the foreman gathers all of the calculations, the concrete ordered is loaded at the plant and delivered to the jobsite.

What if it is raining the day my job is scheduled?

If it is raining in the morning, we will make a decision based on local radar and forecasts. However, we can start demolition and then as the day goes on, make a decision to complete the job or pour concrete the next workday.

What happens after you are done with the job?

We walk through it with the customer or get feedback from the customer to make sure the job was done right and to their satisfaction. We work with the customer and try not to make any suggestions unless it is professionally warranted. Payment for labor is expected as soon as and on the same day the job is completed.  We provide the customer with courtesy instructions on how to take care of any changes that have been made to their property because we want to make sure they enjoy it for years to come.

Note: Payment for materials is usually due before the job commences since we are unable to perform the work without the neccessary materials which includes concrete.

What kind of guarantee do you have?

We guarantee all materials and workmanship to be the best quality available. We guaratee that we will perform all concrete work as specified in our contract.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for your convenience.
